• Pastoral Musician as Person of Faith: Nurtures their own faith to nurture the faith of others. • Pastoral Musician as Professional Person: Develops skills in voice, conducting, and instruments; proficient in organ and piano; researches and masters liturgical music. • Pastoral Musician as Administrator: Develops a liturgical music library, maintains musical instruments, and makes recommendations for purchases. • Works in collaboration with other ministers of the parish. This person will need to be available in the evening and weekends, as needed.
