Director, Orchestra Personnel

The Director of Orchestra Personnel is responsible for the effective and efficient management and coordination of all personnel activities for The Philadelphia Orchestra musicians. This position is responsible for executing and enforcing the regulations of the CBA and taking disciplinary action when necessary. , • Manage the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement as they relate to orchestra personnel management, personnel and benefit policies, and individual musician contracts. , • Supervise and work closely with the Orchestra Music Library personnel to ensure smooth operations and service for the musicians of the Orchestra. , • Proven performing arts administration experience in orchestra personnel.
