The Director, People & Culture provides both strategic guidance to senior management and senior agents, while also being hands-on in a wide range of HR subdisciplines, including employment policies and compliance, employee relations, training, recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, employee experience, culture shaping, and more. This role will directly enable the business to expand, managers to lead, and employees to grow. Requirements • A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources spanning a range of generalist or business partner disciplines, including employee relations, employment policies and compliance, training, recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, and employee experience.
