The Director, Preparatory Center for Music, Theater & Dance is responsible for directing and coordinating the educational, fiscal, and administrative activities of the Center. Plans, programs, and directs groups in student recitals and other live performances, masterclasses, and fundraisers for students, parents, and members of the community on a weekly basis. Hires, supervises, and evaluates all instructors and staff and administers fiscal activities. Oversees about 300 students ranging 3-18 years of age and additionally oversees about 12 college-level and adult students. Experience: 6 months of experience in the job offered or similar position required.
