District Sales Manager

The District Sales Manager is responsible for delivering a fantastic experience for customers and associates while achieving the financial results. This position services the WA, OR, MT, AK markets. • Recruit, interview, select, hire, and promote associates • Provide guidance and direction and coaching to associates to help improve, including setting performance standards, monitoring performance, and conducting performance evaluations • Oversee and develop district, managers, and associates while creating a highly collaborative environment built on passion, respect, and integrity • Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others • Perform other related duties as required To join our band, you'll need the following experience: This position is eligible to participate in the Music & Arts Company bonus program based on Company performance.
