This position services 14 stores throughout OH, KY, NY, and WV. • Recruit, interview, select, hire, and promote associates • Provide guidance and direction and coaching to associates to help improve, including setting performance standards, monitoring performance, and conducting performance evaluations • Oversee and develop district, managers, and associates while creating a highly collaborative environment built on passion, respect, and integrity • Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others • Perform other related duties as required For our employees who are musicians we offer the unique opportunity of gig leave--take time off to share your music with the world and return to your job after your tour!
