District Sales Manager

This position services 12 stores throughout the PNW. Recruit, interview, select, hire, and promote associates Provide guidance and direction and coaching to associates to help improve, including setting performance standards, monitoring performance, and conducting performance evaluations Oversee and develop district, managers, and associates while creating a highly collaborative environment built on passion, respect, and integrity Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others Perform other related duties as required About Music & Arts For our employees who are musicians we offer the unique opportunity of gig leave--take time off to share your music with the world and return to your job after your tour!
