Become intimately aware of every Corps in the Division with respect to the music ministry programs as well as its current and potential leaders. Work hard to promote the establishment of active music ministry programs for youth and adults in every Corps in the Division. Provide leadership and direction for any special music ministry program, event, or rally as requested by Divisional Headquarters. Gauge results and effectiveness of the music program by the growth of music ministry programs at the corps, the advancement in the music ministry groups, and the effectiveness of strengthening music ministry programs throughout the Program fiscal management experience is required.
