Drum Workshop joined the Roland family of brands in October 2022, combining two of the world’s best acoustic and electronic drum companies to push the boundaries of innovation for drummers. • Must be willing to follow tasks and instructions as provided by the Supervision including but not limited to assisting in departments outside of standard work area, willingness to cross train, and complete housekeeping tasks in compliance with Safety procedures • High School Diploma or GED • Excellent work attendance • Must possess basic math skills including but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for the purposes of calculating material fabrication • Excellent communication and must be detail orientated • Able to multi task and self-managing tasks • Ability to follow safety protocols and properly use required PPE. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions: • Operate a buffing wheel machine within a designated dust-controlled booth. • Use body weight to apply the necessary pressure when pressing drum shells against the buffing wheel • Read and interpret work orders to determine requirements and setup procedures. • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty production environment while wearing required PPE, including respiratory protection.
