Job Summary In this role, you will deliver engaging guitar lessons that foster creativity, technical skill, and a love for music. Design and implement comprehensive guitar lesson plans tailored to students’ ages, skill levels, and learning styles Deliver engaging instruction that combines technical mastery with creative expression Develop curriculum materials that incorporate music theory, sight-reading, improvisation, and performance techniques Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages confidence, discipline, and enjoyment of music Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement Organize recitals, performances, or showcases to showcase student achievements and boost motivation Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, attendance, and student development progress Skills Proven experience teaching piano or other musical instruments to diverse age groups Must have a very strong drum backgroud Strong knowledge of music theory, sight-reading, and performance techniques Ability to develop engaging curricula that incorporate creative arts instruction such as choreography or theater elements Excellent classroom management skills to create an organized and supportive learning environment Experience working with children and understanding childhood development principles Ability to adapt teaching methods for special education needs or early childhood education settings Skills in lesson planning, behavior management, and youth program development Familiarity with arts-related activities such as ballet, dancing, or theater enhances instructional versatility Strong communication skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues Passion for arts education with a focus on nurturing creativity across multiple disciplines including photography or sewing
