The video must be of the applicant performing in a Top40, or similar, setting. ONLY APPLICATIONS WITH VIDEO SUBMISSIONS BELOW WILL BE CONSIDERED The company provides a drumset on most gigs, though occasionally the drummer will be required to bring their own kit. Perform the record drum parts to songs on the JKMC Song ListAbility to perform 3-4 hour sets (sometimes with minimal breaksSet up and tear down drumset, regardless if the drumset is provided by the company or notKeep the kick drum going (four on the floor) in between songs, as necessaryHave a positive attitude with other musicians and bandleadersQualifications Proven experience as a party band (or similar style) drummerAbility to perform multiple styles, including Top 40, rock, Latin, jazz, big band, etc.Ability to play with a click track and backing tracksMust own their own drumset for the occasional gig where the company does not provide oneMust own their own drumsticks and IEM’s (in-ear monitor ear buds) to bring to all gigsMust have an easy to work with, “go with the flow” attitudeMust be willing to pass a mandatory paid New Drummer Training before being offered gigsPreferred
