Drummer and Keyboardist

Big Sister Team Building, LLC (Helping People Stay Connected. Role Description Must be able to attend Audition / Jam Session on Dec, 14 @ 3:00 pm. Event on January 10 (evening) Pay is involved. Qualifications • Proficiency in playing the drum set and other percussion instruments • Experience with jazz, bands, and live music performance • Strong understanding of music theory and ability to adapt to different genres • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within a band • Prior experience playing keyboard and/or drums in a professional or group setting is a plus • Strong time management and ability to meet rehearsal and performance schedules • Passion for music and a commitment to delivering quality performances
