Church Musicians are responsible for - under the leadership, direction and guidance of the Minister of Music and any other assigned leaders, to providing excellent musical support for all worship service rehearsals and performances for worship services and other special services, as scheduled. • Punctual arrival to all services, rehearsals, sound checks, and performances (Report time is 20 mins prior to start time for all of the above) • Stay up-to-date on Music Ministry communications via email, GroupMe, Band, etc. as soon as possible) • Attend Music Ministry, church meetings and pastoral meetings, as scheduled. Qualifications: • Visible commitment to investing in individual spiritual growth & maturation • Humble willingness to submit to the leadership and guidance of ministry and pastoral team members, as instructions are given. • Proficient expertise/skill in playing assigned musical instrument both individually and in a combined band (familiarity with click tracks, stems, and other musical expertise is a PLUS) • Ability to operate in a team environment with emotional and spiritual maturity.
