Early Childhood Music Teacher

Jamberry Music is a blossoming small business that teaches early childhood music classes to kids ages 0-5 and their grown-ups. You are our ideal candidate if you: \\- Love babies and young children and have experience working with them \\- Are a strong singer who can accompany yourself on guitar, ukulele or comparable instrument \\- Are warm, personable and charismatic \\- Learn and memorize music quickly \\- Are able to engage with children and adults comfortably in one-on-one and in group settings \\- Are flexible and able to think on your feet \\- Have studied or are studying music, music education, theater, music therapy, opera, storytelling, early childhood education, or child psychology. As you become familiar with the songs, nursery rhymes, stories and games we use in classes, you will also learn the underlying goals and objectives of each piece – the reason why these pieces have been included in our classes. More About us: We believe that the most important goal of early childhood music is to foster a love of music in our little ones and expose them to some of the many ways they can engage with music. While many of our goals are related to social-emotional growth, we have musical goals as well.
