Ecumenical Director of Music Pianist Keyboardist

The music director shall perform pianist or keyboard musician services in support of the Tarawa Terrace Protestant Chapel worship services, and Main Chapel Catholic Community and other religious events as determined by the Marine Corps Base Chaplain’s Office and is required to support the missions and responsibilities of the Command Religious Program. 2.1 The music director shall meet with the Officiating Chaplain to plan and coordinate worship services, prior to conducting any services. Scheduled rehearsals will be conducted on a weeknight as needed. 2.7 The music director shall provide support for special services which may be scheduled during the church calendar year or during civic holidays and will be coordinated by the Officiating Chaplain. 2.8 The music director, in support of regular scheduled services and special events, shall arrive at the appointed place of performance 15 minutes before the scheduled event.
