Education & Community Programs Lead

Piano Cleveland is a small but mighty arts organization dedicated to promoting the future of piano music both in Cleveland and abroad. As Piano Cleveland’s dedicated education and community engagement professional, you will lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of programs that connect learners, educators, artists, and communities throughout Northeast Ohio with meaningful musical experiences. As an integral member of our nimble and collaborative team, you will bring organization, creativity, and a passion for music to the work of connecting people throughout Northeast Ohio with the piano. Preferred experience in music education, childhood education, and/or musicCreative individual with knowledge of planning, designing, and implementing innovative and exceptional arts education content, lesson plans, and programming $45,000 - $50,000 per year, with paid vacation, paid sick time, health insurance benefits, and retirement account with employer match.Office hours are 10 AM – 4 PM; additional hours needed for special events on evenings/ weekends (scheduled in advance, dependent on programming).Flex time may be used for required events that occur after work hours.
