Your role will be to serve as the main liaison between Music & Arts and educational institutions in your designated area, fostering connections with educators, driving product growth, and supporting program adoption. Relationship Building & Territory Development:Establish strong, trust-based relationships with music educators and decision-makers in schools.Expand Music & Arts’ outreach through targeted regional school lists.Create a routine of outreach activities including calls, emails, school visits, and virtual meetings.Formulate strategic plans to grow new programs and strengthen educator support.Sales Activations & Management:Meet weekly goals for educator engagement and interactions.Ensure timely follow-up on all leads.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce.Drive the development and renewal of school programs across various product categories.Community Engagement:Collaborate with local Music & Arts and Guitar Center stores to organize educational events and community activities.Promote special offers and in-store resources to educators and their families.Engage the community through music initiatives and build lasting loyalty with families.Excellence in Customer Support:Act as the first point of contact for educators, ensuring their needs are met promptly.Work together with store teams and service departments for seamless educator support.Uphold high professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.About You: Please send your resume and a cover letter with your salary expectations.
