Music & Arts, a proud division of Guitar Center, is the leading school music dealer in the U.S., specializing in band/orchestra rentals, instrument repairs, and private lessons. We are on the lookout for a dynamic Education Sales Manager to foster strong relationships with schools ranging from elementary to high school.

As an Education Sales Manager, you'll be the key point of connection between Music & Arts and educational institutions in your designated area. Your mission will be to cultivate relationships with educators, drive growth in rentals and repairs, expand program offerings, and act as a trusted partner in the thriving music community.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with music educators, administrators, and district leaders.Expand Our Reach: Use our database and targeted list of regional schools to grow Music & Arts’ presence.Maintain Engagement: Establish a rhythm of outreach through calls, emails, and school visits.Create Strategies: Design territory plans that support new school programs and educator engagement.Sales and Activity Management:

Meet weekly goals for educator interactions, including conversations, meetings, and visits.Respond to leads promptly within 24 hours.Keep thorough and accurate records in Salesforce, documenting all interactions and insights.Drive initiatives for new program creation and renewals.Community Involvement:

Collaborate with local stores to host events for educators, parents, and students.Promote exclusive resources and programs available for educators.Support community events that build lasting relationships with families.Educator Support:

Act as the primary contact for educators, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.Work alongside stores and repair specialists to ensure top-notch support for our educators.Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.Our Culture:

Why Join Us?
