Job Opening: Educational Support Associate, Grand Rapids Store & Showroom

What You’ll Do:
Be a part of the musical journey of families all over West Michigan. We support individuals who come to our retail stores as well as entire school music programs and their directors.

Interact with our families to help them select the best instrument and/or accessories for their musician.
Provide an atmosphere where our families love to shop by ensuring products are displayed neatly, spaces are clean and maintained, and questions are readily answered.
Contribute to Meyer Music’s mission of support for school music programs on the retail side by following workflows accurately and providing prompt communication with colleagues and customers.

What It Takes:

Ability to provide top notch customer service– in person, online, and over the phone
Some musical experience in a school music program and basic knowledge of band and/or orchestra instruments and accessories. We’re looking for people who love and appreciate the musical experience they had growing up, not necessarily professional musicians.
Positive attitude and the willingness to learn a great deal about musical products to best help our families
