This role involves conducting rehearsals and performances, selecting and arranging music, developing the vocal skills of ensemble members, and ensuring the overall quality and cohesion of the group's performances. • Select appropriate music for the ensemble, considering the skill level and interests of the singers. • Encourage expressive and emotive singing, helping students connect with the music on a deeper level. • Plan and arrange for facility usage and any transportation by submitting a request prior to the performance in a timely fashion.
