Role Description The YOSA Enrollment Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX.

JOB SUMMARY: The Student Experience team is a dynamic, high output team that is passionate about changing kid’s lives through music and building relationships with the YOSA community. The Enrollment Coordinator serves as an administrative support coordinator for the Assistant Director of Enrollment. This role supports all recruitment and retention efforts and provides families with responsive and informed support. With a focus on engagement, communication, and relationship building, the Enrollment coordinator strengthens the studentexperience across all YOSA programs through the lens of enrollment and expanding access to opportunity. The coordinator will have a high level of customer service, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

Become fluent in YOSA programming and opportunities available to YOSA musicians.
Become fluent in technologies used by YOSA staff, including but not limited to Active, Salesforce, SquareSpace, and Microsoft Suite.
Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter resource for student enrollment, tuition,financial aid, and audition processes, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and current musicians and families.
Manage and maintain student enrollment and constituent data systems to support accurate record keeping, reporting, program growth tracking, and organizational decision-making.
Develop and distribute strategic communications to students, parents, educators, prospective families, and community stakeholders to support recruitment, retention, and engagement goals.
Support recruitment and retention initiatives by representing the organization at events, fostering relationships within the music education community, and promoting participation opportunities.
Attend and assist Director of Student Experience and Production Manager in weekly rehearsals and concerts.
Provide administrative and operational support for student experience initiatives, including YOSA Rising Star Fellows and other programs.
Participate in training and professional development.
Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Enrollment.

Requirements

The successful candidate shall have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in music education, performance, arts management, or a related field. Work experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Evening and weekend hours will be required. Team lifting of heavy objects. Knowledge of symphonic music and music education is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Compensation

Salary range is $42,000-45,000. Excellent employee benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement, sick/vacation leave.
