Position Overview The Elementary Music Director position at OYCE offers an exciting opportunity to lead our brand new K-5 music program, providing high-quality instruction and fostering artistic growth for young students in a collaborative, performance-focused environment. Strong education background with solid ensemble and chamber music experience. Experience in music education, pedagogy, and coaching of elementary, middle, and high school students, including tone, technique, and musicianship development. Experience collaborating with arts organizations, schools, or community programs in an educational or outreach capacity is beneficial.
