Your primary responsibility will be to assist in organizing and hosting a variety of on-site activities designed to foster a sense of community and enhance the overall guest experience. In this position, you will need to maintain a flexible schedule, particularly around holidays, as seasonal entertainment is crucial for uplifting the spirits of our guests. You will be expected to communicate effectively with guests, providing them with information about available recreational facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment. Your role will also involve adhering to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding guest privacy and security, as well as maintaining a professional appearance at all times. You may also be required to assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for live musicians and DJs.
