Evening & Weekend Front Desk Supervisor (Part-Time)

Crowden Music Center seeks two Front Desk Supervisors to begin in October 2021\. BACKGROUND The Crowden Music Center in Berkeley is a non-profit organization that combines music and education to nurture, develop, and inspire students of all ages. Founded in 1983 by Scottish violinist Anne Crowden, today Crowden serves an annual audience of 12,000 with a rich array of workshops, events, and concerts. POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Operations and Database Manager, the Front Desk Supervisors work as a team to manage a front desk team of 2-3 additional employees who work evening and weekend hours. The Front Desk Supervisors have the same responsibility as front desk attendants, but is also hire/train new employees, schedules shifts, troubleshoots scheduling issues, and managing the workflow of the front desk team.
