Works closely with agents and other staff to maintain team efficiency with a focus on building stronger relationships with all clients to the success of the organization. Assist agents in building and maintaining strong relationships with Artists and Promoters/Presenters with utmost professionalism. Tackle additional tasks as needed in the unpredictable workflow of the music industry – as job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the position holder may be required to undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor when necessary. Comfort with phone calls. Ability to navigate ambiguity.
