The ED and AD work as a team, with the ED responsible for developing and implementing plans for effective ensemble operations to fulfill the artistic vision developed by the Core Musicians. The ED is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including day-to-day operations, monitoring compliance with the approved budget, observing internal controls, and providing timely reports to the Board. In collaboration with the AD and Finance Committee, the ED develops the annual budget. In collaboration with the AD, who provides artistic content, the ED develops marketing and communication plans and materials, including concert programs, newsletters, press releases, website, and social media. Work will be performed in various locations, including at the Amici office, at concert venues and schools, and in the community as needed for fundraising activities.
