The Executive Director serves as MFE’s chief ambassador and chief fundraiser, building meaningful relationships that expand resources, strengthen partnerships, and advance mission impact. Music For Everyone (MFE) cultivates the power of music as an educational and community well-being tool to transform lives, schools, and communities in Lancaster County. Work through staff leadership to ensure programs align with MFE’s mission, strategic priorities, equity commitments, budget expectations, and measurable community impact. We are looking for a visionary, community-centered leader who can grow resources, build trust, and bring people together around a shared belief in the power of music.
