Downtown Medford Association (DMA) is seeking an organized, dynamic, energetic professional to lead the Downtown Medford Association through the nationally known Main Street Program. Responsibilities include but not limited to… -In tandem with the Board of Directors, assist, develop and implement the program mission, vision, goals, objectives, and strategies via an annual work plan based on the National Trust Main Street program methodology. Assist each committee in development and implementation of its work plan. -Act as a liaison between business owners and existing business resources to address obstacles to, and opportunities for business success. -Provide period reports as necessary to the Board of Directors, Oregon Main Street Program, and City of Medford Council.
