As a key member of our retail store, you will:

Guide customers in selecting instruments, accessories, and lessons that align with their requirements and financial constraints.Efficiently process retail and rental sales, lesson enrollments, and repair orders with precision.Uphold merchandising standards and ensure the store remains visually appealing with well-organized product displays.Promote add-on products and loyalty programs, utilizing your sales skills to enhance store revenue.Offer knowledgeable insights on band and orchestra instruments as well as essential music gear.Provide reliable support to school service representatives and educators regarding orders and student needs.Address customer inquiries and concerns with exceptional service and a positive attitude.Utilize POS and inventory systems to manage transactions and assess stock availability.Assist with inventory-related tasks, including counts, tagging, pricing, and restocking items.Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain top-notch service standards.Join our team and share your love for music while fostering a supportive, inclusive environment focused on music education!
