Key Responsibilities:

Exceed individual sales goals and contribute to store objectives.Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to maximize participation.Network with local schools, churches, and community organizations to generate business opportunities.Build strong customer relationships by delivering engaging sales presentations.Provide exceptional customer service to every visitor, creating a memorable shopping experience.Encourage customer loyalty through personalized follow-ups and support.Participate proactively in store operations, including merchandising and store maintenance.Ensure store security protocols are upheld at all times.Take on additional responsibilities as necessary to support store initiatives.Why Choose Music & Arts?

Skills, Experience, and Education Required:
