External Affairs Information Manager

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum External Affairs Division An experienced Tessitura professional will manage the departments' use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, increase efficiency of the departments using technology, train department staff on functionality of the Tessitura CRM and work closely with other departments to ensure interdepartmental needs are met. This position reports to the Director of External Affairs Events and Administration. • Liaison with IT department on Tableau reporting needs and the use of departmental Tessitura data within the Tableau environment. • Passion for the arts, museums, community engagement, and country music.
