BACKGROUND: Crowden Music Center in Berkeley is a non-profit organization where students come to receive a world-class education with music at its core. Crowden’s flagship program is The Crowden School, the first of its kind in the nation: a coeducational day school for grades three through eight that provides a transformative education with chamber music at the heart. SUMMARY: The Facilities Coordinator coordinates and supervises the day-to-day management of evening and weekend building use at the Crowden Music Center. The Evening & Weekend Facilities Coordinator oversees a team of building attendants to ensure the proper staffing and support for scheduled programs during weekends and weekday evenings. • Ensure that the team is prepared to handle unexpected and/or emergency situations in a calm and professional manner.
