Faculty Musician and Band Director

Additionally, they will perform duties as a faculty member of the Fine Arts Department, utilizing their university-level teaching credentials and skills to contribute to the department's mission. Responsibilities • Assist the Director of Bands with the planning and execution of band performances, rehearsals, and other events. • Participate in the development and implementation of the band program's strategic plan, goals, and objectives. Qualifications • A Master's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field from a NASM-accredited program; a Doctorate in Music Conducting, Music Technology, or Music Education is preferred. • Teaching license is preferred but not required.
