We are seeking a dedicated and experienced musician to join our faith community as a Music Ministry Assistant. As a part-time employee, you will assist in the development and implementation of our music ministry program, including planning and leading worship services, recruiting and directing choir members, and coordinating special events. Key responsibilities will include collaborating with the pastor and other church leaders to ensure that our music offerings align with the spiritual goals of the church. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with choir members and other stakeholders to build a positive and inclusive team culture.
