POSITION SUMMARY: The Tent Ushers, under the supervision of the Usher Supervisor and the Access Program Coordinator, maintain clear pathways and accessible seating for people with disabilities. • Attend and complete any required training. • Any document, computer program, design or other intellectual property created for the Jazz Festival belongs to the Jazz Festival and must be given to the Festival through your supervisor or department head at the end of each production year, or upon request. • Adherence to all Festival policies, procedures, and instructions provided during required training sessions and operational briefings. • Any document, computer program, design, or other intellectual property created for the Festival belongs to the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and must be returned through the employee’s supervisor or department head at the end of the production year or upon request.
