Young Musicians Unite is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Finance & Human Resources Coordinator to support daily administrative operations within our Human Resources and Finance departments. This entry-level, full-time role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in bookkeeping and HR processes, particularly within a nonprofit setting. The Coordinator will assist with maintaining financial records, supporting onboarding procedures, and executing general administrative functions essential to the success of both departments. Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field • 0–2 years of relevant administrative, finance, or HR experience (nonprofit experience preferred) • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits: • Paid time off
