Create Music Group is an LA-based digital music company that provides artists and labels with distribution, rights management, and creative services. Clients include Future, JLo, City Girls, Marshmello, Don Diablo, Trippie Redd, Migos, Universal Music Group, and more. Flighthouse is seeking a Music Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of digital-first marketing campaigns for artists across our third-party clients and Create Music Group's Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Joint Venture (JV) rosters. Develop and execute digital marketing plans for artist releases, including influencer campaigns, content seeding, social media strategy, and paid media Set clear campaign goals and KPIs, manage budgets, and analyze performance to ensure effectiveness and ROI Drive end-to-end campaign management, from ideation through execution and reporting Client & Internal Partnerships Serve as the day-to-day contact for Create's M&A/JV roster and third-party clients Collaborate closely with artist managers, internal label teams, and stakeholders to align on campaign goals and creative strategies Act as the marketing lead in meetings, brainstorms, and cross-functional collaborations with internal and external partners Team & Operations Leadership Oversee internal marketing operations, driving process improvements and team efficiency. Partner with department leads to support and oversee campaign managers across multiple business units Maintain accurate revenue tracking, budget sheets, and financial documentation Performance & Optimization Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and optimization strategies Coordinate with third-party marketing vendors as needed to scale or supplement campaigns Innovation & Platform Strategy Develop innovative and platform-native content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms Stay current on trends and best practices in music, content, and digital marketing to inform strategy and creative direction Qualifications 3-5 years experience in music marketing, digital strategy, or campaign management Proven track record of executing successful creator/influencer and digital marketing campaigns Deep understanding of social and short-form platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Passion for music, culture, and digital media innovation Pay Scale $26.44 to $30.00 / hour
