Florida Program Coordinator (Part-Time)

Musicians On Call (MOC) is a nonprofit organization that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients, family members, and caregivers in healthcare environments.

The Program
Coordinator is a part-time, non-exempt position responsible for coordinating MOC Bedside and hospital partnerships within Miami, Orlando and Tampa.Additionally, this position will lead and deliver specific volunteer recruitment, management and appreciation strategies that will support the volunteer cultivation efforts in their assigned MOC markets. This position will report to the Senior Program Manager with a starting rate of $26/hour, averaging 40 hours over a two-week pay period and must reside in Miami, Orlando or Tampa.

Program Management Responsibilities
Coordinate program operations and hospital relationships in assigned markets — including recruiting and onboarding volunteers, organizing and maintaining program operation schedules and communication, and developing collaborative processes with hospital partners. Research and identify new ideas and strategies for recruiting prospective volunteers and help steward local community partnerships that support MOC’s mission and programming Serve as the liaison between volunteers and hospitals in assigned markets and maintain MOC values and company culture Identify new opportunities to increase impact and elevate the program experience for hospitals and patients. Manage and regularly update program, shift, volunteer and hospital records and statistics through Salesforce and MOC’s program platform.
