Your role will include:

Enhancing Sofar's presence in your community through innovative marketing and ticket sales strategies.Developing and executing a tailored strategy for your area, planning monthly shows and themes.Curating and booking diverse lineups of quality artists and venues to ensure top-notch experiences.Managing show quality and staffing to create unforgettable moments for our audiences.Overseeing the financial success of local events and ensuring profitability.Building strong relationships with local businesses for sponsorships and private events.Collaborating with community organizations to expand reach and co-promote events.Working with other local leaders to create vibrant experiences that elevate Sofar's brand.Supporting partnership initiatives that enhance the overall experience of our events.Ideal candidates will possess:

Strong connections to the local scene and a track record in community building.3-5 years of experience in event production and promotion.Experience in selling event sponsorships or managing marketing activations.A confident approach to pitching event concepts and securing partnerships.A keen understanding of your city's vibrancy and popular venues.Exceptional networking skills to create valuable alliances.A strategic mindset to boost ticket sales and event success.A professional attitude and commitment to delivering memorable experiences.Excellent time management and communication skills.The ability to work independently while staying connected to the broader Sofar community.Compensation is commission-based, with potential earnings ranging from $100 to $5,000 per month, depending on show performance and ticket sales. You'll collaborate with other freelance producers in your area, enhancing the collective impact of our events.

This role offers the autonomy to lead while giving you access to global resources and training from the Sofar team.
