Front Desk & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)

This role is the center of communication and customer experience at our music school. You will greet families, support teachers, manage scheduling systems, follow up with potential students, and help new families enroll. Applicants should be comfortable with a schedule that includes evenings and weekend availability. Helping new families join Music Box is an important part of this position. The image does not need to be realistic or serious — it is simply a fun way for us to see that you are comfortable using basic technology and can follow instructions.
