Reliable, self-starter who stays cool under pressure and takes initiative Strong communication skills (written + verbal) and computer proficiency (MS Office, GSuite) Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate stairs regularly High School Diploma required; previous hotel/hostel or front desk experience a bonus but not mandatory Multi-lingual?
