Do you get energy from connecting with families and guiding them toward a great decision? 232 Music Studios is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to welcome families, support our musicians, and grow our community through thoughtful sales and service.

What You’ll Do:

Greet families with a smile and ensure the front desk runs smoothly during lesson hoursHelp new families understand our programs and guide them through the enrollment processFollow up with prospective families via phone, text, and email to answer questions and encourage sign-upsTrack leads and sales activity in our system to support growth goalsSupport studio events and communicate clearly with instructors and staffWhat We’re Looking For:

Warm, professional communicator who loves working with kids and familiesOrganized, reliable, and able to multitask with easeComfortable speaking on the phone and writing clear, friendly emails/textsSome sales, customer service, or receptionist experience preferredExcited to be a key part of a mission-driven music studioSchedule & Compensation:

Part-time: 5-10 hours per weekAfternoon and evening shifts onlyCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOpportunity to grow into more hours or responsibilities over timeAbout 232 Music Studios:
