We recognize that we will always have opportunities to include more notes and different perspectives at YMP, and we are committed to welcome, create, and celebrate this rich harmony that makes our song whole. ▪ Check students in and out at beginning and end of lessons ▪ Serve as the first point of contact for the organization: Greet families, manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries ▪ Lead tours of the facility ▪ Serve as a verbal interpreter/liaison between Spanish speaking families and the organization ▪ Enter registrations, withdrawals, student and family information, and other data using customer relations management software ▪ Operate point of sale system, handle cash and checks, donations, and receivables ▪ Track student attendance and help enforce attendance policies ▪ Learn safety procedures and be familiar with the YMP emergency action plan- serving as a member of the safety team ▪ Understand and execute proper opening and closing procedures of the building ▪ Assist with YMP’s tuition assistance program- answer questions, review and process qualifying documentation, keep customer accounts updated ▪ Assist with the instrument rental program in collaboration with the Instrument Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator ▪ Assist with the regular tidying and disinfecting of both personal workspace and common areas, helping to maintain a clean, sanitary, safe and presentable environment for families and staff.
