ResponsibilitiesAnswer phones, emails, and customer questionsGreet customers as they arriveProcess payments and store purchasesHelp keep the front desk and store organizedAssist with basic store operations and customer serviceMaintain a welcoming and professional environmentRequirementsStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable using computers and point-of-sale systemsFriendly and professional attitudeAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentRetail or customer service experience preferredMusic background is a plus, but not requiredSchedulePart-time or full-time availableEvening and Saturday availability preferredPayCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceWe are looking for someone dependable who enjoys working with people and helping create a welcoming environment for musicians of all ages.
