Front Desk Team Member for Music Lessons Studio

Our services include in-person and remote music lessons. Experience with, and understanding of, music education is preferred. ## Who We're Looking For: We are looking for a front desk team member with a commitment to continued development and delivering exceptional customer service. We seek an intelligent, open-minded and friendly person to fill this role. * Other duties as assigned ### Qualifications and Skills * Have experience in working directly with the public in a fast-paced environment, and have a welcoming personality * Be detail focused and organized * Be friendly in person and on the phone * Possess good writing and typing skills * Proficient in Google: Docs, Sheets and Calendar, Vagaro (desktop and mobile) ### Education * High school diploma or GED: music focus is a plus ### Other Requirements * Must have reliable transportation * Bonus: has music background as a performer or teacher ### Non-discrimination Policy: Montavilla Guitar Studio values all employees and job candidates as individuals.
