About The Position The Front of house (FOH) Manager is a part-time role responsible for managing the box office software, telephone and in-person ticket sales, generating and analyzing sales reports, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service at FSO performances in the Davis Concert Hall at UAF. In addition, this role is responsible for incoming phone calls, email correspondence, FOH planning in coordination with the Managing Director, and usher training. No phone calls, please.
