You'll be responsible for elevating the artists' worlds, thinking like a superfan but with razor sharp digital design skills - translating music culture, brand identity, and merchandising into seamless, emotionally engaging online stores that drive sales a nd fan loyalty. You'll work closely with the wider design/motion teams to build out the ultimate fan experience and collaborate with store front developers and back end systems teams to push our sites and stores into better experience for our artist and consumers. • Advocate for best - in - class UX practices, accessibility, and responsive design across all digital t ouchpoints. • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in e - commerce, entertainment, or consumer brands. • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) for exempt employees
