Key Responsibilities:

Consistently exceed personal sales goals to contribute to the store's overall success. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to build community engagement. Network with local schools, teachers, churches, and organizations to create new business opportunities. Develop strong customer relationships by delivering compelling sales presentations. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every visitor leaves with a smile. Encourage customer loyalty through personalized service and follow-up. Participate in all facets of store operations, including merchandising and store maintenance. Ensure store security by adhering to designated safety protocols. Perform additional tasks as assigned to contribute to team success. About Music & Arts

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED is required. At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. A strong understanding of musical instruments and sheet music is essential. Perks of Working at Music & Arts:

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00/hr plus commission, based on location, experience, and background.
