Are you passionate about music and helping others? As a Full-Time Senior Sales Associate, your primary goal will be to meet and exceed your individual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth and success of our store. You will deliver exceptional customer service and take on key responsibilities to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and surpass personal sales targets. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program. Build relationships within the community, engaging with teachers, schools, churches, and local organizations. Deliver compelling sales presentations based on comprehensive sales training. Engage customers with outstanding service and foster loyalty. Participate actively in store operations, including merchandising and maintaining displays. Ensure store security and manage access to sensitive areas. Perform additional duties as required. We offer a competitive pay rate ranging from $15.00 to $16.00/hour, along with commission based on your location, background, and experience. Requirements:

A high school diploma or GED is required. At least two years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music is essential. About Us:
