Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales to surpass your personal targets.Promote our Music & Arts lesson programs.Build business relationships through networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community groups.Establish strong customer relationships and deliver persuasive sales presentations.Provide outstanding customer service to every visitor.Encourage customer loyalty through excellent service.Contribute to various store operations, including merchandising and maintenance.Ensure store security by managing keys and alarm codes.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Why Work with Music & Arts? Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, plus commission based on location, experience, and background.

Skills, Experience, and Education Required:
